Policy Agreement: LHG Creative is a Professional school and that it does not function the same as other local dance/performing arts schools. Therefore, I have reviewed LHG's website and agree with it's mission and policies. While it is not expected that my child will become or wish to become a professional, I will treat LHG's policies, dresscode, classes, teachers and community with professionalism and respect. Additionally, LHG does not permit bullying, discrimination or negative talk about the school, it's teachers, its staff, fellow parents or students at any time. I understand that an inability to follow these rules will result in our removal from the school. *

Preparedness Agreement: I understand that students are required to come properly prepared to class (LHG provided uniform, hair done properly and on time). I understand that if a student is consistently not properly prepared or is late for class, the teacher may ask that student to sit out that day. Credits, make ups and refunds are not provided should a child be asked to sit out. *
