We happily rent space to:

  • Ongoing Professional Dance and Theater Company rehearsals

  • Upcoming (broadway/off-broadway etc) Show Rehearsals

  • LHG Student Rehearsals

  • LHG Family Party

    We do not rent space to individuals, nonprofessional groups or outside classes

    (Tap dance is not permitted in this space)

    Seating area doubles as an acting set/stage

  • Professional Rehearsal Rate: $25/hr (Minimum 3 hrs/week) (6 or less artists)

    LDC Student Party Rental Rate: $60/hr

    (A clean up fee of $60 will be charged for all parties)
